We are coming from New York to Tennessee-so everything was long distance. At closing her & the title company Skyway Title Service were fantastic with our closing.

We found a nice place we wanted to look at, and made contact with Suzzane Ogle at Tellico Mountain Reality. She set up a walk through, and we winded up back at the office and making an offer that same day! Everyone there was helpful with the process. We are not local, and after our offer was accepted, Suzzane worked with us, and the agent for the seller closely over the phone and helped everything fit together smoothly and seamlessly until we were able to travel back down for closing! We feel like she was more than an agent, and feel we have made a new friend as we relocate to Tennessee! If you are looking in the area, I would recommend you stop by the office there for your needs! Five stars!

Cheryl assisted our family in purchasing our plot of land in TN and did terrific work with our family stationed out of the state. She was very responsive and could travel to several properties to take photos and give us her honest opinion of the surrounding areas. Her property site is phenomenal and much better than Zillow, so if you are still on the fence, do not hesitate to contact her, as she will work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I will continue referring her to everyone I know who wishes to purchase properties in TN!

Melissa helped us buy our dream home last week in Polk County, TN! Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Wiseman of Tellico Mountain Realty. I buy and sell land and it was my first time working in Monroe County, Tennessee. As I was looking for an agent in the area, I came across Melissa’s profile on some of the listings I saw on different websites. I called her and talked to her about the property and she drove out to the property to take pictures of it and check it out for me. Another Agent in the brokerage brought us a buyer and we went under contract and had no issues at all which is uncommon to have no issues in a real estate transaction. I'm looking for more properties in the area so I can work with Melissa again. I'm very picky with the agents I work with and highly recommend Melissa. Melissa always got back with me in a timely matter which I appreciated very much. ...Let me tell you about a great realtor- Cheryl Malagon! The first thing I noticed about Cheryl was she was patient & a good listener ! Responsive to my wants & needs .She was easy to talk to; has a good sense of humor ,professional with a wonderful attitude! She enjoys her work and makes it clear it is important to her to not be pushy & do her best to find a house you will love within whatever your constraints are! She was a pleasure to work with. Her down to earth, easy manner was refreshing! At one point I had a few houses that I thought I wanted until I got the inspection. Cheryl did not try to talk me into them & we moved forward with uplifting words from Cheryl. A week before closing , I got Covid & wasn’t sure I could make it in person by the deadline . I could never say enough good things about Cheryl Malagon as a professional, and a person. My experience with her and all the professionals she has with her was sheer perfection. She listened to all my needs, my budget constraints, and dreams. I bought the first house she showed me with complete satisfaction and contentment. Working with Cheryl Law Malagon, of Tellico Plains Realty, was amazing. I became ill and was hospitalized for 3 days. Cheryl did everything in her power to make the process easier for me.
