Melissa knows the area and people so well. She definitely has a pulse on what is going on in the community. We had been looking at local properties for about six months and called her one afternoon to check on a property that we saw had just been reduced. (she didn’t even know us, we just saw the property in a Tellico Mountain Realty pamphlet we picked up at a store and called the number on the pamphlet). She was willing to show it to us that day because we were on our way home out of state. It turned out that we were able to purchase the property that same day. She made it happen. Melissa is very responsive to all communications, very genuine and has really looked out for us. She also is able to guide us to hire local people to help us with projects if we need it. Trustworthy Realty Company. Made the sale very easy and worked with the title company on our behalf.
