I tried to sell my home in coker creek through an agent named rick long at Tellico mountain reality. It was a horrible experience. I showed the home myself 95 percent of the time and he never showed up. Only once brought a potential buyer that contacted him directly,otherwise it was from forwarded messages from outside realtors. Most of the potential buyers were very unhappy the home had stairs, which was evident from the pictures. I feel like 10 months of my family's life were wasted on a Realtor sitting back, and hoping they made a commission.he also started the pricing off wayyyy to high(despite me not wanting to)so we didn't even get interest until the price was dropped 70k. It then made the listing bad for me after contract ended, due to major drops in price on the internet.

Our agent, CM, couldn't have made this process easier for us. She was very professional, responded quickly to our questions, coordinated our survey, and worked very hard throughout this entire process. She communicated with the seller's agent to make sure that things kept moving quickly, and went above and beyond, even hand delivering several documents to make sure that we closed timely and as easily as possible. All of her hard work allowed us to keep our out of town plans and not worry about a thing! We highly recommend Tellico Mountain Realty to handle what could have otherwise been a very stressful process.
